Our A/C went out Monday afternoon, July 21, 2008.  The service tech from Polar American Engineering Service called at 7PM; he promptly showed up at 11:30 AM on Tuesday.  At this point, I didn't care how much it cost; please give me some COOL air.  He went over and above to restore our service (considering he had to go get a part, climb up and down the ladder to clean parts and working in a 100+ degree attic for 30 minutes).  Thanks Joe!

We called Scott @ Sears Plumbing for same day service - he is truly professional, with very affordable pricing.  We pass his card on, to all our clients, family and friends.

  Also, we recently had new, kitchen cabinets installed, as well as granite countertops (the granite perfectly matched our tile flooring) by R.J. @ Givens Inc .  Special thanks to Alicia for her insight and design.  The team was on time, courteous and non-evasive to our home.
