Great Prices, Service and a Beautiful Floor
After many calls, I viewed the "photo gallery" for O & S Installations. I was in awe of the many beautiful floors. Derrick answered all my questions and put me at ease. He said he could finish my floor in "one day" and it was finished before I returned from work. I was able to pay online (very convenient) and I also received a "warranty". One of my neighbors saw my floor and she will be O & S's next install. Thank you for your honesty, integrity and the beautiful flooring that is now part of my home. If you want a company that is on-time, honest and does what they say, give O & S Installations a call.

The family loves the floors
Derrick, just wanted to thank you again for doing a great job on the floors. You and your team were quick an efficient in gluing down the hardwoods and they look great. For anyone who is interested in getting their floors installed check out O&S as they are truthful and reliable and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done properly.

"Repeat Client - Extremely Satisfied Both Times"
After reading numerous reviews on Kudzu, I came across the website of O & S Installations. I was very impressed with the THOUSANDS of pictures and videos of their work. There price was lower than most, considering the other "extras" most don't tell you about (till they get there). The pipes in my washroom burst, flooding my main and lower level - there was no one else I would call, except O & S Installations. My expectations were exceeded the very first time, so I KNEW I would get the "ROYAL" treatment again! The crew even stayed "late", to finish my floor in one day. I can't believe they put down over 1200 sq ft of hardwood in one day. I'm not great with how to "upload" photos, my both my floors are in the photo gallery with videos! You can't go wrong with O & S.

"Got It Done Right, The First Time!"
My wife and I had several companies come by our home to give us quotes. I liked the fact that Derrick was able to not waste my time, by giving me a straightforward quote on line. We actually had people that didn't even show up. Derrick thoroughly explained the procedure, from start to finish. After many days of research, we ended up going with O & S Installations, LLC. "In Total Awe - Thank You O & S!"
I am one that does alot of research before starting a project. I read each review and I looked at ALL the pictures. All businesses will receive "a few" negative reviews. I was impressed that it was actually listed, on the website (with a professional rebuttal). With such a "great" photo gallery and after speaking with Derrick, I knew he was the right choice. I felt totally at ease with the workers; they went above and beyond what I asked for. My kitchen, master bath and laundry room were tiled; it looks like a "brand new renovation". My neighbors are in "awe" and O & S will be receiving numerous calls, from my personal colleagues. You can't go wrong with O & S.

Amazing work
O+S was very professional, fast installation, and the work quality was amazing. Excellent pricing for the quality work. We were out of state when the floor was installed. We were kept up to date by phone/emails. We felt very comfortable and confident with Derrick overseeing the project. O+S will present you with the "WOW" factor. We would highly recommend O+S to anyone.

My Master Bathroom Is Now My Sanctuary!
I contacted Derrick at O & S Installations, after speaking with a few references and because of the rave reviews here on Kudzu.com. I am happy to say I am another happy and satisfied customer. I had plenty of questions and my wife put him threw the ringer. No matter how many times we called, Derrick was available and happy to hear from us. He didn't try to sell us on the most expensive product, nor did he charge for "extras" that others wanted us to buy. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions when I needed them and was courteous in every way. The work was done on schedule and at a fair price. The installers respected my home and they went far and beyond what I paid for! Derrick even brought the guys lunch, so that my floor would be done in one day. Great Service, Courteous Workers, Truly Happy
We returned from vacation to find that our pipe under the kitchen sink left us a surprise. After viewing the O & S photo gallery, we were sold.
To our surprise, we were able to get an estimate the same day and service after our wood acclimated. O & S hauled away the old flooring, which was frozen due to the cold chill.
My floor is absolutely gorgeous. Our insurance paid for three rooms, but we were able to get four with the pricing.
O & S installed "extras" that other companies charged an arm-and-leg for.
I would gladly relay my experience to anyone that wants a reference. The installers were punctual, on-time and they didn't mind me looking over their shoulders.
Payment via the internet was easier than I thought (I'm computer illiterate).

Exceptional Service & Quality Workmanship!!
The "WOW" factor best describes the customer service, delivery and post-follow-up service that we received from O & S Installations. Awesome experience!
O&S installed over 1,000 square feet of white oak and refinished our old hardwood floors in our home. Derrick and MeMe were always available to answer my questions. I would reccomend them to anyone. They turned out perfect! It was an added bonus that they accepted credit cards over the internet- very easy!!

Love My Floor!
My son was recently tested for allergy symptoms. Needless to say, he is basically allergic to EVERYTHING! Our allergist suggested that we remove the carpet in our home or get rid of our cat. Well the cat stayed, the carpet is gone. We replaced it with a "beautiful bamboo floor" throughout the main level of our home; Derrick suggested we put "cork" in my son's room! The floor is not only easy to clean, I've noticed the change in my son's health (plus the cork has a more softer feel). Thank you Derrick for your on-time service and the entirely pleasant experience. We will be contacting you again, to install our ceramic tile. You can't go wrong with O & S - on-time, reliable, trustworthy and ethical!

Awesome Service
Derrick and his team put in new hardwood flooring and refinished the existing flooring at my house. He was prompt, courteous and the price was excellent. His crew did a wonderful job on the floors. I would highly recommend O & S for any job. Very old-fashioned customer service!
Very personable, punctual, friendly company. They even picked up my materials and moved my furniture (I\'m elderly). I left for work, to return to a new engineered wood floor. I could not believe, they finished 2 hours ahead of time. My family loved my floor (got it done before July 4) and I passed out all of Derrick\'s cards. He will be coming back tile my bathrooms.

I did my homework and made sure that I went with a company that was licensed, insured and reputable. O & S was referred to me by Lumber Liquidators. After viewing their webpage, I was sold. Derrick thoroughly explained everything to me and believe me I had plenty of questions. My hardwood floor is absolutely gorgeous! Very dependable, ethical and on-time company.

At the last minute, plans were changed to have our families at our home for Thanksgiving. Needless to say, we hated the outdated carpet on our floor. We decided at the last moment to get engineered wood; but could it be installed before Thanksgiving. Derrick not only picked up the wood on a SUNDAY, he and his crew stayed to help us place our furniture back in place, Wednesday afternoon. Now that\'s true \"customer service\". Thanks to MeMe for coordinating everything, keeping me calm and checking in on me, throughout the day!
