O & S Installations, LLC offers a limited labor warranty on all carpet installations.  This warranty includes, but is not limited to:

• Seams
• Restretching
• Loose Carpet
• Transitions or Metals
• Loose Tack Strip(s)

In the unlikely event any of the above should occur, O & S Installations, LLC will repair or replace the affected area, at its sole option.  If replacement is deemed necessary, only the affected area will be replaced.  If the identical carpet, (without regard to dye lots), is no longer available, O & S Installations, LLC reserves the right to provide a product of comparable value, quality, color and style for the affected area.

Items and or conditions excluded from this warranty but not limited to:

• Burns
• Odors
• Fading
• Squeaks
• Pull Yarns
• Dirt or Soiled Spots
• Shading Problems
• Yarn problems such as matting, crushing, piling, fuzzing, shedding, sprouting, etc.
