O & S Installations, LLC offers a limited labor warranty on all wood installation.  Hardwood flooring is a natural wood product with variations in grain, color and texture.  Please expect individual pieces to be different - like snowflakes.  We cannot warrant against moisture.  O & S Installations, LLC cannot be responsible for any changes in damages caused by moisture or any change(s) in relative humidity.

This warranty includes, but is not limited to:

· Loose boards
· Transitions
· Quarter round / Shoemold
· Popping (Glue applications)

In the unlikely event any of the above should occur, O & S Installations, LLC will repair or replace the affected area at its sole option.  If replacement is deemed necessary, only the affected area will be replaced.  If the identical wood, (without regard to dye lots), is no longer available,

O & S Installations, LLC reserves the right to provide a product of comparable value, quality, color and style for the affected areas.

Items and or conditions excluded from this warranty but not limited to:

· Splintering
· Scratches

· Delamination (Engineered Hardwood)
· Proud edges
· Finish / Grade
· Cupping or bowing
· Gaps due to humidity or temperature
· Squeaks

· Problems caused by underlying conditions not readily visible (subfloor and or floor joist)

· Conditions noted before installations as started and or finished

Floors that have been glued, may receive very light traffic after 12 hours.  Normal traffic is allowed after 24 hours.   Floors that have been nailed, may receive normal traffic after installation.   Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines, for the care of your flooring.
