Most of our testimonials have actual pictures and videos on our website, as well as referrals. While we respect everyone's privacy in and around their home, O & S Installations, LLC has carefully captured "before, during and after" footage of our workmanship. After each project we send out a "review card", so that our services may be rated. Although we ask that our clients go to our affiliate sites to rate us, most prefer to send back the review card. We're happy to report, there are those that take the time to review us, online.

Super In an age when people don't really care, I found a company that was reasonably priced, easy to work with and, beleive it or not, did what they said they would do and did it in a timely fashion. Clean- up was quick and complete. Workers showed up ON TIME every day. 3 weeks after the job, Derrick showed up and brought with him a grout sealer that we could apply. After doing some extensive research, I decided to install "Bamboo Flooring", throughout my home. My entire family has allergies and my allergist suggested that I get rid of the carpet in my home. I didn't realize that having a hardwood floor installed, could be such a major difference in price (hundreds to thousands of dollars). Luckily, I stopped at a liquidation warehouse to shop for my wood. While there, a couple was looking at the same floor, I was interested in. I asked who would be installing their floor; they handed me a business card from "O & S Installations, LLC". The wife was so excited, that she showed me their website on her laptop in her car. She stated that she found "O & S" on Kudzu, after calling numerous companies. After viewing a few photos, I gave Derrick a call. From the beginning to the end of my installation, I was treated with courteous, professional service. I was able to reach Derrick, whenever I had any questions. I purchased my wood on a Tuesday; my floor was installed on a Thursday. I saved hundreds of dollars, just by purchasing my wood separately and by using "O & S" as my installation company. You Have Got To Meet The Team At O & S! I can only type 250 words, so I'll try to keep this short. Derrick is like a son to me; yes, a son. I've had others that have taken advantage of my status as a woman. He knew that I was on tight budget and I was still able to get a gorgeous floor in just one day. The installers were prompt, courteous and quick; I went to work at 9 AM (they arrived at 8:30 AM). I left my housekey because I was just that at ease with Derrick (plus he has plenty of insurance). Derrick called me at work at 3:30 to tell me my floor was done. I left work early, just to rush home to see it. I am still in "AWE"...I know my house is worth so much more! My neighbors and friends can't believe the difference that my new "Engineered Wood" floor has made. No more sweeping a carpet; I just get my swiffer out and I'm done. I've also noticed the difference in the "air quality" of my home. I have three dogs and it is so much easier, to get up the pet dander.
