O & S Installations, LLC offers a limited labor warranty, on all ceramic tile installation. This warranty includes, but is not limited to:

· Cracked grout

· Loose tiles
· Thresholds
· Transitions
· Missing grout
· Backer board problems

In the unlikely event any of the above should occur, O & S Installations, LLC will repair or replace the affected area, at its sole option.  If replacement is deemed necessary, only the affected area will be replaced.  If the identical ceramic, (without regards to dye lots), is no longer available, O & S Installations, LLC reserves the right to provide a product of comparable value, quality, color and style for the affected areas.

Items and or conditions excluded from this warranty but not limited to:

· Chipped or cracked tiles
· Scratches
· Discoloration of tile or grout
· Problems caused by subsfloor and or floor joists

· Cracked grout (Sub-flooring condition)

Tiled flooring may receive light traffic after 12 hours, but care must be taken to ensure that dirt does not settle into the grout lines before the grouting application. After tile has been grouted, a period of 12 hours needs to have passed before traffic is allowed, in order for the grout to adhere. Floor must be damp mopped for two weeks to help the grout “curing stage”; it must be sealed (by the owner), to protect against stains.
